How do I login to my account on the web?

How do I connect my mobile device and email client ( Outlook , MacMail, Thunderbird, etc.) to my account?

FYI, IMAP/POP service is only available for Premium subscriptions.

The exact settings differ on each device, but here are the server settings that you'll need to add to your device:

Username: please use your full email address for this field

Password: This is the password you've been using for your account, but if you need to reset it, please click on the Forgot Password on the login page

Incoming server:

Outgoing server:

The outgoing server requires authentication, so on you will either have to enter your full email address and password again, or there will be a box for you to check for ‘ outgoing server requires authentication’ or something to that affect. Even if it says ‘ OPTIONAL’ , you MUST enter your full email address and password! You will also want to check SSL/TLS for the server ports; please use the default ports that appear

Outgoing SSL/TLS port: 587

How do I forward my emails?

  • Select Save and Close
